Frequently asked questions

Is there a free plan?

Yes — TeamFlow is free forever for up to 5 team members. No credit card required. You get clock in/out, basic task management, team messaging, and 100MB of file storage.

Can I change plans later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use Supabase with Row Level Security (RLS) on every table, so each user only ever sees their own organisation's data.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The free plan requires no credit card — just sign up with your email and you're in within seconds.

Can I invite my whole team?

Yes. As an admin you can either invite team members by email, or share your organisation's invite link and let them sign up themselves. Each new member is automatically linked to your workspace.

What happens when I hit the member limit?

You'll see an upgrade prompt when you reach your plan's member limit. Existing members are never locked out — only new invites are paused until you upgrade.
